I started a while ago with watercolor painting The technique was very appealing to me. It is quick and often ready in a day or a few hours, I am not the kind of painter that paint thin layers for weeks to get the right result. Maybe I have a impatient nature? But if you paint quick, a disaster is around the corner, but when you don't paint fast and with courage, you likely not get the wonderful happy accidents. My heart goes out to the queued Dutch landscapes, with loads of water and reflections. |

reproductions of antique porcelain dolls, I work alone to create the highest
quality one-of-a-kind and limited-edition pieces. All dolls have hand-blown glass or painted eyes, mohair or very fine acrylic wigs, dressed with finest silks, French laces, Swiss embroideries, hand beading and often with leather shoes. Every one of them is dated and signed. These dolls reflect the quality that has won Top International awards for me since 1991. |

Nadia Hashish |
Nadia Hashish was born in Cairo (Egypt) on the 10th of May 1953, and lives in Montecelio, near Rome. A self-taught painter, she experiments from the very start various techniques as carboncino, distemper, china, water-colour, to get to fall in love with the «oil» technique, in the time period when she was attending the school of Elverio Veroli in Tivoli. However Nadia soon discovers not to love too much the constraints dictated by the academic rules and she detaches herself from that school, beginning her own personal path of artistic research.

Wim Heesakkers
|
Wim Heesakkers (born 1950) is a Dutch artist. He lives and works in the wooded surroundings of Lieshout, which is a small village adjacent to Nuenen one of the sources of inspiration to Vincent van Gogh. Wim is a self-taught man and lets himself be inspired by what he comes across. Materials and techniques are a challenge to him. The point of departure is his desire to master all occurring techniques and to execute all operations himself. This in order to create as authentic a work as possible. To accept the challenge of the experiment is an absolute must for him. He considers that the duty of an artist.
PETER HEIJ |
Peter Heij, born in Utrecht, The Netherlands, 1960. Lives and works in France (Auvergne), and before in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He attended the Royal Academy for Art and Design (AKV | St. Joost) at Den Bosch from 1982 to 1987, specialized in painting. The themes and subjects of his work are about people and the impact of their surroundings on their identities, particularly in the Figures (Gestalten) series. Others endeavour to reconstruct landscapes of the past (the Lostland paintings) or attempt to capture the shapes of the ephemeral (the Skyscapes). A more recent group of works reveals the traces made on a landscape by its inhabitants (Santa Fe footpaths). Created in the same period as the New Mexico group, Peter executed a collection of sketches of faces from memory (Faces). The experience of new and changed insights and awareness through elevation above and distance from everyday reality, never completely losing sight of that reality, stands central in his work. Peter Heij has regularly exhibited both in the Netherlands and abroad. |

Enjoy nature and like to
express my feelings towards it in my painting on canvas. Painting for
me is another form of writing. You can see that in the paintings, it is
like a story that doesn't lack excitement and surprises. The title
adds extra dimensions that says more things along with its little objects, signs, and colours. |

I let the canvas to speak with me .Born in Perú, I have painted since
I was a child. I try to transmit my feelings through my art. I have been living in Germany for twelve years and have learned to love this county I now call home. I presently live with my family in the picturesque village of Soest in the center of Westphalia. There is not much I can say about me as I do not like to talk about myself or my work, but would rather be able to listen to your opinions. |

Mads Henum |

Heyning W/D Studio |
HeyningW/D stands for the combined work of Wied and Diederik Heyning. In their studio in the Netherlands Diederik is busy with clay, shapes and glazes, Wied with pattern, rhythm and color. Painting on a three dimensional object is a challenge. The form is a source of inspiration and leads towards a composition. Image, texture and pattern need to enhance the form. Nature provides endless examples of complementary beauty: perfect harmony of shape and color.

Yuriko Hirose |
The concept of my artworks is Spiritual Energy and Sounds. As an artist, I am active enough to convey a message to all over the world through my artworks. Behind my artworks, there is a blend of futuristic elements which reflects evolving science and machinery, as well as a blend of primitive elements such as power of life and passion which reflects modern human's fundamental aspects. Now I am creating my artworks in New York, LA, and Japan trying to send a message of peace and dreams on the earth.
Paul Hirst |
My art is driven by colour and patterns within nature and the landscape. Using acrylics and oil paints with brush and knife I aim to portray the landscape in it's true glory. I am interested in the ever changing landscape and how every day is unique for it's colour and vibrancy. For a lot of my paintings I work outside in the fields or woods in whatever weather I am looking to portray. Working like this gives a freedom and immediacy to my work and helps to convey the feeling of the place.

Daniel Holeman |
Artistic talent combined with life-long exploration of consciousness and spirituality has given Daniel B. Holeman an ability to depict uplifting and profound sacred imagery. His inspirational paintings have a strong impact and an uncanny affect on people. Many are deeply touched emotionally - sometimes brought to tears - and describe his paintings as the most beautiful pictures they have ever seen. Daniel invites the viewer to dive into a deeper dimension of consciousness while viewing his paintings. The imagery stirs forgotten awareness of a place felt to be HOME - a warm, familiar and heartfelt state of mind - a welcome contrast to the day-to-day world we live in.

I am a visual artist working in paint, video and multi-media. I use words as visual interpretations, adding new layers to their communication. I take on large universal concepts such as "Love", "God" "Peace", break them down into simple individual components using words as the constant. Similar to the many styles used in Picasso's work, artistically my work is defining visual interpretation. interpretation. I use many forms of abstract/expressionist style to communicate and alter interpretation.

smallest detail"(Anette Holmberg) My large images are painted with acrylic, oil and watercolours on canvas. Materials such as plaster, sand and silver leafs are used to communicate the lightness in the rustic Scandinavian inspiration. |

I work out of a small studio
in West Philadelphia and do it all for enjoyment and the hope to be famous
someday since I am lucky that I do not have to rely on my art to earn
a living now. I average over 100 oil on canvas per year and a few
pastel and chalks when I lay around the house. I hope someone out there
can see my work and derive pleasure from it. |

I rely on spontaneous decision-making and 'gut reaction' responses throughout the creative process. This subjective approach has its own rhythm and non-linear logic and channels the operation of my intuitive actions. This process includes experimentation, speculation, and referencing my previous work in sketchbooks, drawings and paintings.

Anne-Julie Hynes |
Graduated from Concordia University of Montreal, Canada. I work with different mediums such as acrylic and collage. Forms and figures take shape intentionally or not in my paintings. However, I find that a abstract approach to composition produces paintings more imaginative and seductive. Seduction is what binds the viewer to the artwork. Desire to see, not to understand, in seduction, there is nothing to understand...
